My English Book 5 is the Sindh Textbook Board's Class 5 English reader, published by Paramount Printing Press, Hyderabad, for free distribution. Its five themed units — Helping Others, Responsibility, Importance of Female Education, Truthfulness and My Country — each run through six skill sections, so every lesson trains speaking, reading, writing, grammar and study skills together.
The Oral Communication dialogues ('After the Holidays', 'Going to the Shop', 'In a classroom') are built for pair work. Reading texts include 'I'll help you', 'Pottery Making', 'The story of Zahra', 'The sad story of my Peacock' and 'Flood, Blessing and Disguise'.
