Asaan Sindhi V is the Sindh Textbook Board's Class 5 Sindhi reader, published under the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto free textbook series. Its 25 lessons move between literature, everyday life and national themes, so children build reading fluency while meeting their own culture on the page.

The book opens with the beit 'ڌڻي سڳورو' and a lesson on the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, then introduces Sindh's literary heritage through lessons on Shah Abdul Karim Bulri, Sachal Sarmast and Mian Mir. Everyday lessons — 'موڪل جو ڏينهن' (a holiday), 'مهمان' (the guest), 'ٽيليويزن' — sit beside the village-city dialogue 'شهري ۽ ڳوٺاڻو', while 'پيارا پاڪستان', 'قومي اتحاد', '14-آگسٽ' and 'عيدالفطر' carry the national thread.

Language work is woven into the lessons rather than drilled separately: 'سليم ڪتاب پڙهيو هوندو' and 'اشرف محنت ڪري ها' teach verb forms through real sentences, and every lesson ends with مشق (exercises). Poems are marked نظم and classical verses بيت, so young readers learn the forms as they read.
