Mazhabi taleemat V is the Sindh Textbook Board's Class 5 religious-studies textbook in Urdu medium. Its four chapters introduce children to the world's important religions with a detailed focus on the Semitic faiths, then build character through moral values and the lives of great personalities.

Chapter 1 (اہم مذاہب کا تعارف) opens the door to the Semitic religions and their prophets. Chapter 2 (سامی مذاہب کا تفصیلی تعارف) studies Judaism — تعارف، مقدس کتابیں، تالمود، حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام and the احکام عشرہ — Christianity — بائبل، حضرت یسوع مسیح، تعلیمات، the پہاڑی وعظ and the parable of the نیک سامری — and Islam — حضرت محمد ﷺ، میثاق مدینہ and خطبہ حجۃ الوداع.

Chapter 3 (اخلاقی اقدار) teaches respect for neighbours, elders and all religions, keeping the neighbourhood clean, helping others, and the value of time. Chapter 4 (شخصیات) covers حضرت داؤد علیہ السلام — with the زبور — and مقدس پولوس. Every section opens with حاصلات تعلم so the teacher knows exactly what each child should take away.
