Is kitab ke baare mein
Our Wondrous World is the new NCF-SE Class 5 EVS textbook from NCERT (July 2025, NEP 2020 series), replacing the old Looking Around. Its 10 chapters are grouped into 5 units — Life Around Us, Health and Well-being, Incredible India, Things Around Us and Our Amazing Planet — taking children from a drop of water to the rhythms of the whole Earth.
Chapters like Journey of a River, The Mystery of Food, Our Vibrant Country and Energy—How Things Work connect science, society and the environment in one narrative. Activities push children to observe their own surroundings — their school, their clothes, their food — and ask questions about how things work.

Ustad ka mashwara
EVS kitab se nahi, aas-paas se parhayein. "Journey of a River" par bachchon se apne ilaqe ke nadi/nala ki baat karwayein; "The Mystery of Food" par ghar ka khana discuss karwayein. Observation hi EVS ka asal imtihan hai.
