Financial Accounting-II is the second volume of the Class 11 Accountancy textbook — where sole proprietorships draw up their final accounts. Just two chapters: Financial Statements-I (the trading and profit & loss account) and Financial Statements-II (the balance sheet, with adjustments).
Adjustments are the real examination here — outstanding expenses, prepaid expenses, depreciation, bad debts. Every adjustment has a double effect, and mastering that double effect is what separates full marks from half marks.
