Islmaiyat VIII is the Sindh Textbook Board's Class 8 Islamiat textbook for English-medium schools, in five chapters. Chapter 1 (The Holy Quran) covers recitation of the Holy Quran, memorization of the Holy Quran, and memorization with translation — the same Quranic core as the Urdu and Sindhi editions.
Chapter 2 (Beliefs and Worships) teaches belief in the Hereafter and its role in personality development, then fasting and Hajj. Chapter 3 (The Blessed Seerah) studies the Prophet's ﷺ character in seven lessons: Great Moral Character, Patience and Forbearance, Sincerity and Piety, Justice and Benevolence, Good Social Life, the Style of Speech of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, and Domestic Life.
Chapter 4 (Morals and Manners) covers commanding the good and forbidding the evil, lawful (halal) earning, honesty in business, discipline and respect for laws, national unity, and human rights. Chapter 5 (Pearls of Guidance / Famous Personalities of Islam) profiles Hazrat Fatima Al-Zahra (R.A), Muhammad bin Qasim, Boo Ali Ibn Sina, and Shah Waliullah Muhaddis Dehlavi.
