Is kitab ke baare mein
Joyful Mathematics for Class 2 is the second-year volume of NCERT's new NCF-SE maths series (NEP 2020, current reprint 2026-27), replacing Math Magic. Its 11 chapters move from counting in groups and 3D shapes to numbers up to 100, addition and subtraction, measurement, money and first data handling.
Chapters live in real scenes — a day at the beach, decorating for a festival, a fair, Rani's gift. Even multiplication and division arrive gently, as grouping and sharing among friends, before they ever become formal operations.
