This is not the theory textbook — it is the official Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board 'Practical Notebook: Computer Science 9' (English medium), the workbook students write their practical work in and submit for practical marks. It is organized into two units that mirror the theory book's hands-on portions. Unit 1 (Flowcharts, starting page 1) first revises the basics — definition, importance in problem solving, flowchart symbols, arithmetic operators and their precedence — then walks through 46 numbered flowchart practicals: sequential flowcharts (1.2.1–1.2.17: sum and product, modulus, averages, areas of shapes, temperature conversion), conditional flowcharts (1.2.18–1.2.27: even/odd, leap year, largest of three, student grades, gross salary), and repetitional flowcharts (1.2.28–1.2.46: loops, factorials, multiplication tables, GCD by Euclidean algorithm, prime numbers, Fibonacci series).

Unit 2 (Designing Websites, starting page 52) is the HTML lab companion: after an introduction to HTML and commonly used tags, it gives 24 step-by-step website practicals (2.3.1–2.3.24) — pages with headings and formatting, images and borders, lists, anchors, tables with colspan/rowspan, multi-page linked sites, a personal marksheet page, and even a Lahore Zoo page with image links. Each unit closes with exceptional exercises and viva questions with answers — exactly the oral questions examiners ask in the practical exam.
