Physics 9 Tech EM is the English Medium matric-tech physics book for class 9, prepared under the Updated/Revised National Curriculum of Pakistan-2023. Its eight chapters are: Physical Quantities and Measurements; Kinematics; Dynamics; Turning Effects of Force; Work, Energy and Power; Mechanical Properties of Matter; Thermal Properties of Matter; and Magnetism — followed by a Glossary. Every chapter opens with student learning outcomes and builds concepts with experiments, activities, worked examples, SI-unit tables, and quick quizzes.
The tech-stream treatment shows in the emphasis on measurement and machinery: using vernier callipers, micrometres and measuring instruments, significant figures, and the physics of machines — turning effects of force, work and power, mechanical and thermal properties of materials — the very ideas an electrician, mechanic or technician applies daily. Same core physics as the regular stream, but taught with the technician's workshop in view.
