This is the Caravan Book House edition of English for Class X (author Sobia Kiyani, printed May 2021), approved by the Punjab Curriculum Authority under National Curriculum 2006. Its thirteen units mix prose, poetry and real-world themes: Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ an Embodiment of Justice, Chinese New Year, Try Again, First Aid, The Rain, Television vs. Newspapers, Little by Little One Walks Far!, Peace, Selecting the Right Career, A World Without Books, Great Expectations, Population Growth and World Food Supplies, and Faithfulness.

Every unit is built around the same skills spine — vocabulary, reading skills, grammar, oral communication and writing skills — with three Reviews and Sample Rubrics at the end. Grammar moves from nouns and tenses in the early units to clauses, conditionals and active-passive voice in the later ones.
