This is the official Class 11 Chemistry textbook from the Balochistan Textbook Board, Quetta, written for the National Curriculum 2022-23. It opens with Scientific Thinking and Stoichiometry — mole calculations, limiting reagent, percentage yield — then builds the atomic picture: Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding and States of Matter, followed by the energy side of chemistry with Chemical Energetics and Reaction Kinetics.

Acid, Base and Chemical Equilibrium gets a full unit of its own before the book turns descriptive: Periodic Table and Periodicity, p-Block Elements (Nitrogen, Sulphur, Halogens) and Environmental Chemistry. The last quarter is all organic — Fundamentals of Organic Chemistry, Haloalkanes and Amines, Alcohols and Carbonyl Compounds, and a capstone unit on Organic Synthesis. Answers to numerical problems, an index and a glossary close the book, and every unit opens with Student Learning Outcomes and ends with a board-pattern exercise.
